When Attending the Surgery Please Wear a Face Covering
We will now no longer be taking repeat medication requests over the telephone unless authorised by the Dispensary. Please either post your repeat prescription request through the letter box, post or order online through patient access. Thank you
Please allow 7 working days for your repeat prescription to be ready for you to pick up, we are asking that you, please do not telephone to see if your prescription is ready, we are handling a high volume of calls at the moment. Our telephone lines need to be kept free for patients needing to speak to a Doctor. Thank you
We would like to thank our patients for their kindness and understanding during the past few months. Our team are working very hard to provide the best care for our patients, so do please be patient, particularly with our reception and dispensing staff. They have had to adapt to new ways of working, wear PPE all day in hot weather and forgo holidays. Due to Covid safety measures, some tasks are taking longer and this will be the case for the foreseeable future. Please be patient when waiting at the front of the building to talk to a Receptionist and keep socially distant from other people. If attending the surgery for an appointment, please ensure you are wearing a face covering.
We are in the process of organising our flu clinics and these are likely be starting in the first week of October. They will be held at the Surgery and will take longer than normal due to Covid safety measures. Please be prepared to wait either in your car or in a queue outside as we are only able to have a certain number of people in the Surgery at any one time. We will advertise dates for this soon both on the website and at the Surgery.
